A little about me...
Larry is the founder and managing broker of William Lawrence Agency. With over 2 decades of experience, Larry began his real estate career in Hudson County. In 2002, with a successful career in residential sales behind him, he focused his attention on real estate development. He developed and managed multiple condominium buildings within Hudson County’s Gold Coast, culminating with his final project, Library Hall Lofts in downtown Jersey City. He then turned his sights to commercial real estate becoming the New Jersey broker of Abraham + Martin. With this breadth of experience, and a carefully selected group of team members, Larry opened William Lawrence Agency in 2011 in order to exercise the many skills he had acquired across his career.
