A little about me...
Barbara is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success over the course of her 25-year career. Her career spans multiple industries from fashion to advertising to residential real estate to B2B digital software sales. In each of these roles, Barbara not only exceeded sales expectations, often winning the top industry and company recognized awards, but also led others to the same success through either individual coaching or as the leader of a sales team. Barbara began her career in residential real estate sales in 2002 in Hudson County, NJ.
Her work included representing home buyers, home sellers. renters, landlords, and investors. Always looking at the market trends and growth opportunities, Barbara could no longer ignore the opportunity to represent those who were capitalizing on Hudson County’s need for more housing.
Her career came to a fever pitch when she transitioned her business to represent amateur developers focused on the conversion of small rental buildings into condominiums. She leveraged this success, and the newly acquired knowledge it provided, to purchase her own real estate investments and development projects. Now Barbara couples her real estate industry knowledge with her sales, team management, and leadership skills as co-owner of the William Lawrence Agency. With a team of agents who support her, Barbara represents sellers and buyers in the Northern New Jersey Market.
Barbara’s expertise coupled with her ability to listen to a client’s needs, her proactive real estate approach, and her skill at successfully guiding her clients in their real estate transaction are the reasons why homeowners and homebuyers choose to work with her. Barbara’s hobbies include traveling, camping, reading, shopping with her two teenage daughters, and visiting her family in Spain as often as she can.
